1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the EliteSetters™ mentorship program operated by EliteSetters ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or enrolling in the program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the program.

2. Educational Program

EliteSetters™ is an educational mentorship program that teaches the skill of appointment setting for remote sales careers. We provide training, coaching, and placement support. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee employment, placement, or income. Any role or client engagement you obtain is an agreement between you and the hiring party.

3. No Earnings Guarantee

Any income figures, results, or testimonials shown on this site or in our materials are exceptional cases, are not typical, and are not a promise of what you will earn. Results depend on your effort, experience, skill, and market conditions. We make no earnings or results guarantee of any kind.

4. Enrollment, Payment & Access

Enrollment details, pricing, and payment terms are provided at the time you are accepted into the program and are governed by the agreement presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, program fees are non-refundable once coaching and program materials have been accessed. We may modify program content, scheduling, or offerings, provided the core program remains substantially similar.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your program access, materials, or login credentials with others
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our training materials or frameworks
• Do not misrepresent your identity, experience, or results when applying for roles
• Do not use the site or program for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in the program — including videos, scripts, frameworks, branding, and the EliteSetters™ name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own personal career development only.

7. Disclaimers

The site and program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteSetters and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost income or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or the program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program.
